Playing at home against John R. Anderson (Skelmorlie) in the quarter finals, Andrew edged out his opponent with a victory at the second extra hole of their tie.
Andrew now awaits the result of the quarter final tie between Harvey Broadfoot (Royal Troon) and Darren Young (Crosshouse) to see who he will meet in the semi final at Royal Troon on Friday the 8th of August.
The other semi final will feature Patrick Smiley (Prestwick St Nicholas) or Gavin Chesney (Kilbirnie Place) against Gary Jordan (Portmann) or Stephen Murray (Troon Portland)
The three remaining quarter final matches are due to be completed by the 27th of July.
