A large field will contest the championship, over 36 holes, with trophies and prizes being awarded on both a scratch and handicap basis.
The players returning the best eight scratch totals in the championship will go forward to contest the Ayrshire Boys' Matchplay Championship at Prestwick Golf Club from the 11th to the 14th of August.
Two spaces remain available in the field, whcih will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Entry for the championship is £10 and entry is open to boys under the age of 18 years on the 1st of January 2025, who are members of clubs affiliated to The Ayrshire Golf Association.
