AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE - Irvine through to Under 16 final

Prestwick St Nicholas kept their title hopes alive in the AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP recently with a 3.5 – 2.5  away win against East Ayrshire at Ballochmyle.

Wins in their remaining three matches would see Prestwick St Nicholas overtake section leaders Irvine, although there are three clubs that can still top the section and progress to the final

In the UNDER 16 KNOCKOUT TROPHY competition, Irvine have secured a place in the final after a tight semi final match at home to Prestwick St Nicholas.

The match finished 2-2 but Irvine progressed by virtue of a 17-4 countback margin.
