Three of the four semi finalist in the handicap club team knockout competition for The President's Putter have been confirmed with just one place remaining to be filled.
Kilbirnie Place beat their visitors from Wallacetown by 2-1 in their quarter final tie and will no play host to Irvine Ravenspark in the semi finals, after the Ravenspark team beat their visitors from The Chase by 2.5-0.5 in their quarter final match.
In the other semi final Alton will visit either Troon St Meddans or Skelmorlie once the remaining quarter final result is confirmed.
The two semi finals are due to be completed by the 24th of August, with the final due to take place during Finals day over the Portland course at Royal Troon on Sunday the 31st of August.
