SCOTTISH BOYS AREA TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - Ayrshire name side for Hayston

Ayrshire have named the four man team who will bid for the 2011 Dunfermline Building Society Scottish Boys Area Team Championship, to be played at Hayston GC on Sunday 5th June.

Charlie Macneal, Jack McDonald, Euan Walker, David Wilson

Scotland Boys internationalist Jack McDonald of Kilmarnock (Barassie) will be joined in the team by clubmate and Scotland Under 16 player Euan Walker.

Also named in the Ayrshire side is Scottish Boys Champion David Wilson of Troon Welbeck who will be joined by clubmate and reigning Ayrshire Boys Champion Charlie Macneal, who will both be bidding to return the Niagra Cup, for the best individual scratch score, to Troon Welbeck after marc Smith's success in winning the trophy 12 in 2010 at Peebles.

The team will play foursomes  in the morning and singles in the afternoon, with the two foursomes scores and the best three of the four singles scores counting towards the team total.
