The annual match between the Ayrshire men and Ayrshire Ladies, for the Innes McQueen Trophy, which was postponed earlier in the year took place on Sunday 31st August at Ballochmyle and resulted in a win for the second successive year for the men's team.The two Under 21 matches went in favour of the ladies side but both the over 21 ties went to the men's side, resulting in a 2.5 - 1.5 victory for the men.

Linzie Allan & Jenny Linklater halved with Andrew Davidson & Declan Chalmers.
Catherine Malcolm & Debbie Watt lost to Stephen Spence & Michael Smyth by 2 & 1
Liz Keheone & Lesley Barker lost to Gary Bryden & James McMurdo by 6 & 5.

In the Committee game played in conjunction with the match, Sheila Adams & Irene Smith beat Robert Wilson & Ricky Magee 2&1.
At the meal and presentation of the trophy following the match, thanks were extended to Innes McQueen's widow Cathy McQueen and her family for their continued support and for their presence on the day, and to Innes' long time friends, Ayrshire Golf Association Life President Matt Lygate and his wife Mary for their attendance .
