SCOTLAND Vs ENGLAND SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL - Two Ayrshire players in Scotland team

Ayrshire will have two representatives in the annual Scotland Vs England Schools International which will be played at Kilmarnock (Barassie) on Monday 12th September.
Euan Walker
Scottish Boys Champion David Wilson and under 16 boys international Euan Walker, who both attend Marr College in Troon and are members of the host club, are in the 12 strong boys team.
Connie Jaffrey from Kilwinning Academy, a member of the Troon ladies and West Kilbride clubs, is a reserve for the 6 strong girls team.

+Eilidh Briggs, Hannah McCook and Katie McIntosh were all unavailable for selection as they start at university or college on the day of the international - Eilidh and Hannah at Stirling University, Kate at Elmwood College, Cupar.

+Lesley Atkins declined selection, opting to play in the Final of the Nick Faldo Series in Northern Ireland that week.
