Michael Smyth (Royal Troon) won the 2011 Ayr Golf Week tournament for the Tam O Shanter Trophy earlier this month, beating Jack McCluskey (Ayr Belleisle) by 5 & 3 in the final.
In the handicap competition for the Handyside Trophy, Brian Armour (Turnberry) beat Alastair McKinlay (Haggs castle) by 3 & 2 in the final
