With 7 of the 15 counting events in the 2009 Ayrshire Order Of Merit, for the Doc Thom Salver, completed, Ayr Belleisle's Keith Hamilton leads the chase for the title.
Hamilton shared the top points with clubmate David Tierney at the recent Seafiled Open competition, to add to his win in the Hillhouse Cup and share of top points in the Belleisle Cup.
In the recent Loudoun Open it was home club player Paul denim who took top points ahead of Scott Brown (Turnberry) and John Houston (Caprington).
