The West Of Scotland Boys Matchplay Championship semi finals on Wednesday 9th July at Kilbirnie place will feature Colin Edgar (Cochrane Castle), Jamie Sinnamon (Greenock Whinhill), Conor Toal (Old Ranfurly) and Aran Sinclair (Bearsden)Strokeplay Championship winner Colin Edgar beat Jordan Sweeney (Ayr Belleisle) by 7 & 5 in the quarter finals on Tuesday afternoon to set up an all Renfrewshire match in the semi finals with Jamie Sinnamon, who beat Fraser Kane (Kirkhill) by 3 & 1 to reach the last four.
Conor Toal ended Ayrshire hopes when he defeated Jack Thomas (Irvine) at the first extra hole in the quarter finals and on Wednesday morning he will meet Aran Sinclair, who had his second win of the day at the nineteenth hole when he beat Callum Taggart (Eastwood) to reach the last four.
The semi finals will be played on Wednesday morning with the final scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
