Henry Thomson (Irvine) & Brian Moore (Largs) will contest the final of the 2006 Ayrshire Champion Of Champions trophy competition, over Royal Troon on Friday 11 August at 5.00 p.m., after winning through from the semi final matches on Friday 4th August.
Henry Thomson was 3 up through 13 against Colin Craig (Troon Welbeck) and played steadily over the closing holes for a 4 & 3 win.
In the other semi final, Moore edged out Warren Blair (Troon St. Meddans) by 3 & 2.
