Players are reminded that entries for the 2025 Lomond Property sponsored Ayrshire Men's Strokeplay Championship, to be held at Troon Lochgreen golf course on Sunday the 27th of April, close at Noon on Saturday the 12th of April.
The 36 hole scratch championship, a counting event ofr the World Amateur Go,lf rankings and the Doc Thom Ayrshire Order of Merit, has a handicap limit of 3 and entry is £25, and is open to members of Ayrshire Golf Association member clubs..
The players returning the best 16 aggregate scores in the strokeplay championship will go forward to contest the Ayrshire Men's Matchplay Championship in early may at Ballochmyle Golf Club.
Entry forms are available through Club Secretaries, and can also be downloaded via the link on the left of the Ayrshire Golf Association web page, under the 'Entry Forms' heading.

The championship sponsors Lomond Property have announced a very welcome charity initiative at the 2025 event whereby the sponsors will donate £2 for each birdie made during the competition to The Association's partner charity Ayrshire Cancer Support. Superb ongoing support from our major sponsors.
