AYRSHIRE JUNIOR TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - 12 clubs lined up for season's opener

12 member clubs will take part in the Ayrshire Junior Team Championship at Girvan golf course on Sunday the 20th of April, in the traditional opener to the Ayrshire Golf Association season.

West Kilbride will return to defend the Matt Lygate trophy and Ayrshire team Champions title while Turnberry, the winners of the Andrew D. Nimmo Trophy and handicap team Champions in 2024 are also in the field.

Harris Vennard, the winner of the Carrick Trophy for the best individual nett score in 20924, is in the field representing Ayr Belleisle again, while the Prestwick Circuits Trophy, won last year by Scott Newman of West Kilbride, will see a new winner this year.
