Loudoun had a 2-1 win at Largs in the quarter finals and will now have a home tie against either Rowallan Castle or Prestwick St Cuthbert, who beat Ayr Belleisle by 2-1 in round two, in the semi finals.
A 2-1 home win over Irvine in the last eight gives Ardeer a home tie in the semi finals against Kilmarnock Barassie, who won their quarter final tie at Skelmorlie by 2-1.
The semi final ties are due to be completed by the 27th of August with the final scheduled to take place at Prestwick St Cuthbert GC on Finals day on the 3rd of September.
