Playing at home in the quarter finals, the Kilbirnie duo beat their visitors Jamie Clark & Robert Hamilton (Wallacetown) by 7&6 to progress to the last four, where they will be away to either Crosshouse or Ardeer.
The three remaining quarter final matches are due to be completed by the 30th of July.
