The quarter final matches in the 2014 Ayrshire Champion Of Champions were confirmed this week.The two remaining third round matches to be completed saw Malcolm Pennycott (Whiting Bay) beat fellow Ayrshire team member Gordon Boyle (Turnberry) by 4 & 2 over the island course, whilst 2013 runner up Craig Hamilton (Ballochmyle) continued his impressive form in the competition with a 5 & 4 home win over Craig Young (Loudoun) to progress to the last eight.
With Sandy Walker (Ardeer) already through to the semi finals, the remaining quarter final ties, to be played by 27th July, are :-
Malcolm Pennycott (Whiting Bay) Vs. Kenny Macaskill (Turnberry Staff)
Adam Sweeney (Largs Routenburn) Vs Craig Hamilton (Ballochmyle)
Gary Bryden (Girvan) Vs Martin Riddall (New Cumnock)
