A win in the final qualifying event, the Arrol Cup, on Saturday 15th September gave Brian Moore (Largs) the 2007 Doc Thom salver and the Ayrshire Order Of Merit title.
With maximum points in the last counting event, Moore overtook long time leader John Shanks (Irvine) at the right time to claim the Order Of merit title.
