Paul Moultrie (Troon Portland) is in the last 16 of the 2007 British Mid Amateur Championship where he faces top seed Mark Wharton (John O'Gaunt) on Saturday morning, 18th August, at Alwoodley in Leeds.
In round 1, Moultrie saw off the challenge of Marc lambert (France), beating him 3 & 2, and then went on to record a 2 & 1 win over Tom Woodhouse (East Devon) in the second round.
