The Irvine Ravenspark pairing of Joe Hobson and Brian Gibson are through to the final of the 2007 Ayrshire Fourball competition after a marathon match in the semi final against local rivals, Tom McFarlane and Tom O'Connell (NACCO).
In a match where neither side were more than one hole ahead, a 30 foot birdie putt from Joe Hobson, at the seventh extra hole, put the Ravenspark team into the final.
Ravenspark await the winners of the Maybole Vs. Ballochmyle tie in the final.
