AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE - Victory for Turnberry and Prestwick St Nicholas in last two finals of the season

The last two Ayrshire Junior Golf league finals of the 2024 season took place at Prestwick St Nicholas Golf Club on Sunday the 29th of September.

In the final of the scratch team knockout competition for the Wallace Thornton Trophy, Turnberry beat Kilmarnock Barassie by 3 ties to 1 to win the trophy for the first time.

In the Under 16 Knockout Trophy final, Prestwick St Nicholas beat Troon Welbeck by 2.5 - 1.5 to win the trophy for the first time in their sixth appearance in the final.
