Stuart & Sean Thorburn (Ayr Dalmilling) beat their visitors Mark Anderson & Ian Hogg (Irvine) by 4 & 3 to earn an away tie at either Skelmorlie or Prestwick St Nicholas in the last eight.
Paul Giffney & Tom Gilbey (Ardeer) also had a home win, by 3&1, over Alistair Devlin & Gary McKay (Ballochmyle), and they too face an away tie in the last eight, against either Muirkirk or Crosshouse.
Jamie Clark & Robert Hamilton (Wallacetown) had a 5&3 win on their visit to play Colin Park & Ian McGill (Abbotsford), and will be away to either Kilbirnie Place or The Chase in the quarter finals.
The remaining third round ties are all due to be completed by the 25th of June.
