PRESIDENT'S PUTTER - Auchenharvie 88 through to the final

Auchenharvie 88 are through to the final of the handicap club team knockout competition, for the President's Putter, setting up a local derby with Moorpark in the title play off.

At home to Prestwick St Nicholas in the semi final, the Auchenharvie 88 team recorded a 2.5 - 0.5 victory to reach the final.

The final is scheduled to take place during Finals Day at Kilmarnock Barassie on Sunday the 5th of September, but with Moorpark still in the semi final of the Handicap League Championship having intimated that they would not be able to provide teams for both finals on the day, ther is a possibility that the President's Putter final will need to be postponed to a later date, at a venue to be decided, should Moorpark progress to the Handicap League Championship final.
