AYRSHIRE JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT - Harvey Broadfoot secures 2021 title with three counting events remaining

Harvey Broadfoot (Troon Welbeck) has secured the 2021 Ayrshire Junior Order of Merit title, with three counting events still remaining to be played. 

The 2021 Ayrshire Boys and Ayrshire Boys Matchplay champion took maximum points in the Ayr Belleisle Junior Open on Thursday the 12th of August, his scratch score of 65 over the Ayr Seafield course bettering his nearest challengers, his Brother and club mate Jack Broadfoot and Connor Wills (Royal Troon), by five shots, which gave him an unassailable lead in the Order of merit title race.

Alex Dean (Irvine) remains just ahead of Max Barclay (Ayr Belleisle) in second and third place respectively, with just seven points separating them after Alex gained points at the Ayr Belleisle Junior Open with a joint sixth place.  

With just the Byrne Howard Junior Open at Royal Troon, the Prestwick S Nicholas Junior Open and the Irvine Junior Open still to be completed, the present placings in the Ayrshire Junior Order of Merit are:-
