AYRSHIRE SCRATCH LEAGUES - Irvine lead chase for Division 1 title

Irvine GC remain out in front in the 2012 Ayrshire Scratch League Division 1 after the latest series of matches, although their near neighbours irvine Ravenspark have made ground in recent games.

despite losing narrowly by 3.5 - 2.5 at Troon Welbeck, Ravenspark bounced back with a 4 - 2 home win over irvine to close the gap to two pints. In the other match played in the division recently, Kilmarnock (Barassie) and Loudoun fought out a 3 - 3 draw at the Barassie links.
