The West Of Scotland Girls Golfing Association had their opening fixture of the season on Sunday 28th March with a match against the Kilmarnock (Barassie) boys team.
The West of Scotland Girls Golfing Association was formed in 1956 to encourage girls golf.
Membership of the Association is open to any girl resident in the West of Scotland who is under 18 years of age on 1st January, and has a CONGU handicap.
The West Girls also have an 18-21 section where girls can compete in medals.
Annual subscription of The Association is £15 - payable to Treasurer & Membership Secretary
