SCOTTISH MEN'S AREA TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - Ayrshire host Glasgow at Loudoun on Sunday in second qualifying section tie

Ayrshire will host Glasgow at Loudoun Gowf Club on Sunday the 9th of June in the second of their three matches in the qualifying section for the 2024 Scottish Men's Area Team Championship competition.

The Ayrshire team, sponsored by Lomond Property, was announced recently and includes the new Brittish Police Golf Champion John Haggarty of the host club. Also included, and making his debut in the competition is Cameron Aitken (Largs), alongside regular Ayrshire representatives Craig hamilton (Ballochmyle), Steven Stamper (Turnberry), Steven McEwan (Caprington) and George Robertson (Irvine).

The three foursomes ties are scheduled to tee off from 0900 hrs with the six singles in the afternoon scheduled to start at 1300 hrs.

In the other match in the section to be played on Sunday, Clackmannanshire host Argyll & Bute at Alloa Golf Club.
