Scott Goldie & Alan Purvis (Annanhill) had a 2&1 away win against Graeme Foster & John Smith (Rowallan Castle) in the third round and will be at home to John Cowan & Gary Blane (Ayr Carrick) in the quarter finals, who booked their place with a single hole victory over Danny Chilton & Daniel Sharpe (Prestwick Centre) in round three.
Steven Murray & Andrew Watt (Caprington) won 3&2 on their third round visit to play John Carmichael & Phil Laycock (Troon St Meddans) and will now visit either Routenburn or Skelmorlie in the quarter finals.
Alan & Stuart Gray (Loudoun) beat their visitors Michael McArthur & Eric Armour (Abbotsford) by 5&4 and will now be away to John Robertson & Colin Garrett (Tam O Shanter) in the last eight.
Following a 4&3 win away to David Lowe & Des Brown (Ayr Belleisle) in the third round, the pairing of Alan Miller & Daniel Ross (Portmann) face an away tie against either Kieron Gallagher & Bruce Harris (Golf South Ayrshire) or Stevie Hay & Brian Robertson (Auchenharvie 88) in the quarter finals.
The remaining two third round ties are due to be completed by Sunday the 30th of June.
