Two more second round results in the 2014 Ayrshire Fourball Trophy competition were recorded over the weekend.Jim Paterson & Danny Monaghan (Loudoun) had a 3 & 2 home win over Alexander Kerr & Fraser Innes (Largs) to set up an away tie in round three against either Alistair McCall & David Moore (Fenwick) or Stuart Wilson & Jim Mason (North Beach).
The other result posted at the weekend was a one hole victory by Tom Reid & Dougie Ainslie (Stewarton) away from home against John McLuskie & Alan McKinnie (Largs Routenburn). The Stewarton pair now have a home tie against either Scott Maxwell & Tom Moore (Irvine Ravenspark) or David & George McCulloch (Brunston Castle).
