In a match where the Ayrshire boys dominated, most of the ties were won with a comfortable winning margin.
Blair Gavin (Kilmarnock Barassie) recorded the first point with a 8 & 7 win in the second tie whilst in the lead tie, Stuart Easton (Irvine) was all square after five holes but won five holes in a row on his way to a 6 & 5 win.
A steady performance by Murray McCrone (Troon Welbeck) saw him win by 4 & 3, a winning margin also recorded by Jack Thomas (Irvine) in the fourth tie.
The win was ensured when Louis Murray (Troon Welbeck) built on his three hole lead after eight in tie 6 to record a 5 & 4 win.
In the fifth tie Robbie Fitzpatrick (Irvine) was two up after 13 holes but was pegged back and finished the round with a half match.
In the penultimate tie, Darren McCutcheon (Troon Welbeck) was four down after four holes but fought back to take the tie to the last hole before going down by one hole.
Greg Telfer (Prestwick St Cuthbert) rounded off a comfortable win with a 2 & 1 win in the final tie.
