In the CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS event, Ayrshire Boys Matchplay champion Jack Thomas beat his club mate Ross McDonald (Irvine) by 2 & 1 to book his place in the last four whilst Jordan Fraser (Ayr Belleisle) had a 5&4 home win over Tom Nairn (Prestwick St Cuthert) to book his semi final spot.

With Robert Clark (Ballochmyle) already in the semi finals, the only remaining tie to be decided is the match between Hamish Mills (Largs) and Graeme Greer (Prestwick St Nicholas)

In the WALLACE THORNTON TROPHY, Kilmarnock (Barassie) received a walkover from Irvine Ravernspark whilst Ayr Belleisle beat West Kilbride away from home in their first leg match and were subsequently awarded the tie.

The semi final draws for the Champion Of Champions and Wallace Thornton Trophy competitions will take place next week.
