Dear Sir / Madam
We would like to invite you to send two Youth Elite Golf players free of charge to participate in our international golf tournament “RUDERSDAL OPEN 2009”.
The tournament will take place during the weekend 12th – 13th June, 2010 at Furesoe Golfklub, which is situated some 20 km north of Copenhagen.
In the 2009 tournament the top twenty ranked players all had a handicap < 0, and the average handicap for all 54 male players, including national team players from England, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark was 0.3.
At least one of the players you wish to send must be a male player. The handicap for male players must not exceed 0 (zero) / and for female players the handicap must not exceed 2.0. All participants in the tournament must be an amateur golf player within the rules of R&A, and a member of a golf club whose federation is affiliated to the EGA.
We will provide the players with a return flight ticket from (City) to Copenhagen, alternatively a contribution of € 150 forother means of transportation, transfer between Copenhagen Airport and Furesoe Golfklub as well as accommodation and meals during their stay.
In order for us to be able book the flight tickets in due time, you are kindly requested to inform us whether or not you will take advantage of this offer

Furesoe Golfklub must receive documentation of the name of the players you wish to send as well as his/her handicap, name of golf club and birth date

Should you wish to send other players, you are of course; welcome to do so at your own cost, we will still offer transfer from Copenhagen Airport and return, accommodation and meals for those players. Please note that most likely the handicap required in order to be sure to play in the tournament should not exceed 1.0 for boys/men and 4.0 for girls/ladies.
