Despite losing in the morning foursomes, Jack McDonald (Kilmarnock Barassie) won his afternoon singles on Friday to help Scotland to a 5 - 4 win over host nation France in the Boys Quadrangular International Tournament at Chiberta Golf Club, Biarritz in southwest France.
After losing the foursomes 2 - 1, Scotland stormed back, taking four of the six afternoon singles for victory.
