SCOTTISH SENIORS - McLellan finishes third in 2008 table



Ronnie McLellan (Turnberry) finished in third place overall in the 2008 Scottish Seniors Golfing Society Order Of merit.

The top 30 players in the table completed a shoot out at the Blairgowrie Lansdowne course recently, and his 4th place finish in the final event raised McLellan into third place in the overall standings.

The leading scores in the shoot out at Blairgowrie were :-

72 Peter Lamb (Biggar)
73 Ron McLellan (Turnberry)
74 Ian Taylor (Royal Burgess)

76 Sandy Pirie (Hazlehead), George Paterson (Northern), Ian Hutcheon
