The 2008 Ayrshire Junior Golf League competitions will be concluded (weather permitting !!) over the next two weekends, when the finalists in the four events meet to decide the destination of the various trophies.
On Sunday 21st September the Under 16 and Wallace Thornton Trophy finals take place at Largs Golf Club, with the first tee off being at 12.22 p.m..
In the UNDER 16 KNOCKOUT TROPHY final Caprington meet Ballochmyle whilst the WALLACE THORNTON TROPHY final will be contested by the holders Kilmarnock (Barassie)and Ayr Belleisle.
On Sunday 28th September The League Championship and Champion Of Champions Trophy finals will be held at Caprington Golf Club with the first tee off at 11.00 a.m.
In the LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP final, West Kilbride will play Largs, who reached the final with 4 - 2 win over Prestwick St. Cuthbert in the second leg of their semi final for a 7 - 5 win overall.
The CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS TROPHY final will be contested by Sean Thorburn (Ayr Belleisle) and Jamie Acheson (Largs Routenburn).
