SGU JUNIOR TOUR - McDonald best from Ayrshire in event 4.

Jack McDonald (Kilmarnock Barassie)_was the best placed of the three Ayrshire players who took part in the 4th SGU Junior Tour event of the season, at Brunston Castle on Saturday 22 May.

McDonald recorded rounds of 76 and 72 for a total of 148 which left him in joint 13th place, six shots behind the winning total of 142 which was returned by Simon Fairburn (Galashields) and Jamie Lynch (Falkirk Tryst).

Charlie Macneal (Troon Welbeck) finished on 151 (74-77) and Marc Smith (Troon Welbeck) returned 155 (78-77).
