Ayrshire were defeated 4.5 - 0.5 by Lothians in the play off
for third place in the 2010 Scottish Area Team Championships at Kinross on Sunday.
After being narrowly defeated in the morning semi final
by the eventual champions, The North East,
the Ayrshire team were beaten for the bronze medals by the Lothian team,
although the eventual scoreline did not reflect the closely contested match.
