ARDEER GOLF CLUB - Shanks takes historic championship double

17 year old John Shanks has created history at his home club this year by taking both the junior and senior club championship titles in the same season. 3 Handicapper Shanks, who captained his club to their second successive Ayrshire Junior Golf League title in 2004, will be one of the favourites in this seasons Ayrshire Boys Championship, to be held at Prestwick St. Nicholas Golf Club next month.
