The championship, hosted this year by Ayrshire, takes place at Largs Golf Club on Sunday the 21st of May.
As well as the individual championship, their is a team championship incorporated into the event, with teams of three players from individual clubs forming the teams.
Entry is £15 and the handicap limit is 7.
Entry forms are available to download via the appropriate link on the left of the Ayrshire Golf Association web page, under the 'Entry Forms' heading, and should also be available through club secretaries.
