AYRSHIRE CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS - Three more through to last sixteen

Three more players are successfully through to the last sixteen of the 2022 Ayrshire Champion of Champions Trophy competition, as the remaining second round ties are due to be completed by the 15th of May.

Steven Stamper (Turnberry) had a 3&2 home win in the second round over Stuart Miller (Kilmarnock Barassie) and will be away to either Bert Ross (New Cumnock) or Gordon Jess (North Beach) in the third round. 

Scott Ainsworth (Ardeer) was an away winner, by 4&3, against Alan Stewart Jr. (Stewarton) and will now host Robbie McFarlane (Caprington) in round three, who received a walkover from Scott Adams (Irvine Ravenspark) in their second round tie.

A further six second round ties are due to be completed by the 15th of May.
