RENFREWSHIRE 5.5 AYRSHIRE 2.5
With Lanarkshire winning narrowly, by 4.5 – 3.5, away to Glasgow and Dumbartonshire beating Stirlingshire at home by 5.5 – 2.5 in the other matches in week 4, Ayrshire now need to win their final fixture of the series at home to Dumbartonshire at Prestwick St Nicholas on Sunday the 17th of October, and hope that Renfrewshire are defeated, and Lanarkshire do no better than a draw in their respective final matches if Ayrshire have any chance of regaining the west league title in 2021
