The fixtures for the quarter final matches in the Ayrshire Junior Golf League Wallace Thornton Trophy competition were finalised following the conclusion of the 2016 Ayrshire Boys Team Championship on Sunday 17th April.With positions in the matchplay rounds decided by finishing places in the Boys Team Championships, the draw for the quarter finals is :-
