Greg Telfer (Prestwick St Cuthbert), a student at Glasgow University, finished in fourth place at the 94th Scottish Students Golf Championship, played at Moray GC this week.Just one shot off the pase at the halfway stage, Telfer had closing rounds of 75 & 73 for a four over par total of 286, which left him trailing the winner, Craig Howie (Stirling University) by 14 shots, after Howie had decimated the rest of the field with a course record 62 in the third round.
