This will be the second occasion that the Seniors Championship has been held at the Prestwick course, the previous occasion being in 1994 when host club member John Boyd won the title.
Entry is open to members of clubs affiliated to the Ayrshire Golf Association who are over the age of 55, with the trophy being awarded to the player returning the best net score.
Entry fee is £10 and entries will be allocated start times on a first come first served basis.
