As a result of two withdrawals, there has been alteration to two of the first round matches in the 2013 Ayrshire Matchplay Championship, which is scheduled to be played at Prestwick St Nicholas GC from Monday 6th to Thursday 9th May.The withdrawal of Malcolm Pennycott (Whiting Bay) and John Shanks (Irvine) means that the new Strokeplay Champion Stuart Robin (Prestwick St Nicholas) will play clubmate Kevin Brock in round one whilst Steven Stamper (Girvan) now faces Darren Mallinson (Irvine Ravenspark).
