Holder John Cairney from Irvine Ravenspark had a 6 & 4 win over Jim Kerr (Annanhill) to reach the last eight where he has been joined by Alex Gourlay (Irvine) who had a 2 hole victory over Craig Adams (Ardeer) in round 3.
