Local Ayrshire organisation Hillhouse have been chosen by President Barry O'Rourke as the Ayrshire Golf Association's partner charity for the 2026 - 2027 period of his presidency of The Association.
The charity, based in Kilmarnock, was established in 1975 and works to support individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, offering practical support by supplying good quality second hand children’s clothing, footwear and equipment, free of charge, to individuals and families living in Ayrshire.
The charity vision is to help alleviate hardship faced by individuals and families and make a positive difference in their lives.
During the golfing season there will be opportunities at Ayrshire Golf Association events to donate cash and raise funds to support the charity, for the benefit of the local community in Ayrshire.
