THE ST RULE TROPHY - Ayrshire pair to the fore at St Andrews

The Troon Ladies’ Golf Club duo of Hazel McGarvie & Connie Jaffrey were to the fore in the St Rule Trophy at St Andrews at the weekend.

 

McGarvie returned rounds of 67, 76 & 72 for a total of 215 which left her in joint second place,  just one shot behind the winner Lianna bailey from England.

Connie Jaffrey finished two shots further back on 217, following rounds of 73, 73 & 71, to be joint sixth overall, and along with Chloe Goadby and Hannah McCook Jaffrey won the team trophy for Scotland with a team total of 428 which bettered England by two shots.
