Hosting Prestwick St Nicholas in their third round tie, Ballochmyle recorded a 3-0 win to progress.
In the semi finals Ballochmyle will visit either Kilmarnock Barassie or Troon St Meddans.
The other semi final will feature Royal Troon or Kilbirnie Place, who have arranged to play their tie next week, with the winners being at home to either Ayr Belleisle or Prestwick St Cuthbert for a place in the final.
The remaining quarter final matches are due to be completed by the 28th of July.
