DOC THOM AYRSHIRE ORDER OF MERIT - latest positions after Ayrshire Strokeplay

 Michael Smyth (Royal Troon) still leads the way in the chase for the 2021 Ayrshire Order of Merit title and the Doc Thom Salver, following the latest qualifying events, culminating in the Ayrshire Strokeplay Championship.

A win in the Belleisle Cup moved Smyth clear of the chasing pack, with Daniel Forbes moving into second place following his performance in the Ayrshire Strokeplay. 

A third place in the Belleisle Cup moved Blair Morton into third place, just ahead of the new Ayrshire Strokeplay champion Jack Broun.

With the cancellation of this years Gowf Cup at Loudoun, the only other counting event in July is the Ayrshire Matchplay Championship,
