The inaugural final of the Ayrshire Handicap League Championship, which takes place at Loudoun Gowf Club on Sunday 3rd September, will be between Rowallan Castle GC and Ayr Dalmilling GC.Rowallan Castle went into the second leg of their semi final with Ballochmyle at the weekend on the back of a 3 - 3 draw away to Ballochmyle in the first leg.
In the lead match Grant Wilson lost out on the final green to Declan Chalmers, but the home side took 4.5 of a possible 5 points over the remaining ties to run out winners on the day by 4.5 - 1.5 and take them into the final with a 7.5 - 4.5 aggregate win over the Ballochmyle side.

In the other semi final, Ayr Dalmilling had a 6 - 0 lead after the home leg and a 3 - 3 draw away from home against Auchenharvie 88 gave the Ayr side a 9 - 3 aggregate win.Grant Wilson lost to Declan Chalmers by 1 hole
